KommerceServer Contacts OverviewKommerceServer allows you to add and manage a list of contacts that are related to your business and customers. Creating contacts for your KommerceServer site allows you to keep in touch with your web customers, business partners and sales reps, and they allow you to expose the contact information of sales reps for business and contractors that buy from your store. When you create a new contact in KommerceServer, you can assign them a login ID and password, and you can define web access permissions and set user role assignments for that contact. Once created, you can assign contacts to agencies you create for the customers you do business with.
